Last season was KG’s fifth season with Boston, having found a fountain of youth, and helping lead the Celtics in a playoff run, averaging 19.2 and 10.3. The money earned over the next three years will push Garnett’s career earnings to $325 million, passing Shaquille O’Neal with most money accumulated in the league.
